The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in Vista, CA, is dedicated to empowering low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years of age, to lead healthier lives. WIC is open to a wide range of participants, including pregnant women, non-breastfeeding postpartum women, those who have experienced a recent pregnancy loss, and all foster children under five.
