The Food & Commodities Program in Westminster, CA, is dedicated to alleviating hunger and providing essential food assistance to those in need. Each month, we distribute USDA-provided food two days, starting on the second Tuesday, serving approximately 1,800 senior citizens. Additionally, we offer surplus commodities every Friday, reaching around 100 households, including 20 senior households, who are navigating financial challenges. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has access to nourishing food to meet their basic nutritional needs. We welcome families and seniors to join us in this supportive environment where we work together to combat food insecurity.
