MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Westminster, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing annual obesity screenings, tailored referrals to expert weight management resources, and a variety of treatment options that align with individual preferences and needs. Participants can benefit from a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! services that offer in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in self-guided weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need these additional resources after trying the MOVE! program.
