Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring they are connected to tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans seeking medical options can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery services. Each facility may offer different services, so interested Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
