The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant offers essential support to individuals in Aurora, CO who are experiencing financial hardships due to chronic, terminal, or rare medical conditions, including cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our program is dedicated to providing critical assistance with utility bills and grocery needs, ensuring that those facing these challenging diagnoses can receive the help they require. While our grant covers either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with various organizations to connect recipients with additional resources and support. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by those in our community during their most difficult times.
