We also facilitate medical transportation, offer emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills, and provide essential budgeting support. Additionally, we distribute Naloxone and help clients secure important documents. To begin your journey with us, simply provide a case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be faxed or delivered in person. All services are offered free of charge through the Ryan White Program, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to access the support they need.
