MOVE! Weight Management Program in Colorado Springs, CO is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and telehealth support through TeleMOVE!, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a more independent approach. For Veterans facing persistent challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
