Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) is dedicated to supporting families with children and youth in Commerce City, Colorado, from birth to age 21. Utilizing a two-generation approach, PACK brings together children, parents, guardians, caregivers, and community agency representatives to collaboratively develop actionable plans aimed at improving outcomes for families. Our mission is to connect families with essential resources, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
