Located in Commerce City, CO, HIV Support Services, provided by the Colorado Health Network, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV. Our mission is to offer compassionate and comprehensive support through a range of vital services, including personalized case management, assistance in securing both short-term and long-term housing, and access to nutritious food options. We ensure that our clients have the medical transportation they need and provide emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills. In addition, we offer budgeting support and naloxone access, all designed to improve quality of life for those we serve. To begin your journey with us, simply present proof of diagnosis to one of our case managers, and rest assured that our services are provided at no cost through the Ryan White Program.
