Located in Conifer, CO, the Client Choice Food Program through Community Table is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families in need within our service area. Our program empowers clients by allowing them to select food items that meet their nutritional needs, ensuring a dignified experience while receiving emergency food support. We operate with a focus on serving our community and adapt our services based on school schedules and local weather conditions, closing on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and following Food Bank of the Rockies' protocols when schools are not in session.
