Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of Colorado families in Conifer by providing essential food assistance and nutritional support to pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children under the age of five. This comprehensive program offers free nutritious groceries, personalized nutrition consultations, and breastfeeding support to enhance family health. WIC understands the challenges families face, which is why we also provide referrals for medical and dental care, child care, and other vital services. Our nutrition education covers a variety of important topics including healthy meal planning and managing picky eaters, equipping families with the tools they need to thrive. To benefit from WIC's services, participants must reside in Colorado, meet income guidelines, and include pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under five in their household. We aim to create a supportive environment for families through accessible resources and compassionate service that fosters healthy lifestyles.
