Everyday Eats, operated under the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health of low-income individuals aged 60 and over in Cortez, CO. We provide eligible seniors with essential monthly food boxes that include a variety of nutritious items such as protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, along with helpful nutrition education and recipes. Our program aims to ensure no older adult faces hunger by offering multiple distribution sites throughout the region and partnering with local agencies for outreach and support. For those who are homebound, we offer delivery options in select counties.
