OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Delta, CO, is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous fight against ovarian cancer. We understand the financial strain that accompanies a cancer diagnosis, which is why we offer a tailored financial assistance package designed specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Our program includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help with essential expenses. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions via phone with certified genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients. Applications are processed promptly, and grant availability is subject to funding, as we strive to uplift and empower these strong, resilient individuals on their journey.
