Located in Denver, CO, the Family Tree Homelessness Program is dedicated to providing vital housing navigation and comprehensive support services for individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Our mission is to empower our clients towards safe and stable living situations through self-sufficiency initiatives and access to affordable housing options. We offer a range of essential services, including financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities; home-based case management; and referrals to community resources. Our crisis assistance includes emergency food supplies, hygiene products, and access to severe weather shelters, ensuring that everyone has the support they need in times of need. Additionally, we provide hotline assistance designed for problem-solving, information, and referrals to various community resources, along with goal-setting services to help clients overcome barriers to achieving stable employment and educational success.
