Betsy’s Cupboard is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Elizabeth, CO, by providing essential food assistance to families in need. Each month, our members receive 25 pounds of nutritious food, conveniently packaged in two types of bags: 'kitchen' bags filled with ingredients for home cooking and 'on-the-go' bags containing healthy snacks for those with busy lifestyles. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to emergency food supplies to meet their basic nutritional needs. Our welcoming Resource Desk is always available for visitors to retrieve food bags, and in our efforts to maintain a safe environment, we kindly ask that all visitors wear face coverings.
