Project Angel Heart in Erie, CO, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing severe illnesses like cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other medical conditions by providing free, home-delivered, medically tailored meals. Our program ensures that clients receive seven nutritious entrees each week, accompanied by healthy sides such as bread, fruit, and string cheese. In addition, our clients benefit from access to a registered dietitian who offers education and nutrition counseling at no cost.
