Located in Evans, CO, Emergency Food Boxes, managed by Weld Food Bank, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing crisis situations. Our program supplies a carefully curated box of basic food staples, designed by a licensed nutritionist to support a family of four for three days, ensuring that nutritional needs are met during challenging times. Eligible recipients are identified through agency referrals or staff intake evaluations, allowing them to access food boxes up to four times within a six-month period. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to a convenient drive-thru model, ensuring safety while clients remain in their vehicles.
