Located in Evans, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals battling dysphagia by providing essential resources for their dietary needs. Our mission is to ensure access to critical food assistance, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
