Through our essential home-delivered meal program, we provide nutritious frozen meals to homebound residents, addressing the challenges that limited mobility can pose to shopping, meal preparation, and social interaction. Our dedicated team not only delivers meals but also offers friendly visits and vital safety checks, fostering a sense of connection and care. Deliveries are made once a week, from Monday through Friday, allowing individuals to anticipate receiving their meals from the same caring volunteer driver each week, enhancing trust and building relationships within our community.
