At the Community Outreach Center in Fort Lupton, CO, we are dedicated to empowering families and individuals facing hardship by providing essential daily needs. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and support our neighbors through food assistance and emergency food services, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious meals. In addition to our food pantry, we offer clothing, diapers, and personal hygiene items, striving to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all who seek our help. We believe in dignity and respect for everyone, and we are here to lend a hand to those in need within our community.
