We understand that navigating financial pressures can be overwhelming, so we also offer emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills, along with guidance on budgeting. Our program is committed to your health and well-being, providing resources such as naloxone and help with obtaining vital documents. To begin your journey with us, simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, either in person or via fax.
