We offer comprehensive services including case management, assistance in securing both short and long-term housing, access to nutritious food, medical transportation, emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills, budgeting assistance, naloxone distribution, and help with vital documentation. To begin receiving support, simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, which can be submitted in person or via fax.
