Everyday Eats, a vital part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income individuals aged 60 and above in Ignacio, CO. Our program offers monthly food assistance to eligible seniors, providing nutritious food boxes that include non-perishable proteins, milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, alongside nutrition education and delicious recipes.
