Located in La Junta, CO, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer by alleviating some of the financial burdens they face. Our program offers crucial support through a tailored financial assistance package which includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover essential needs. In addition, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed professionals and genetic counseling to assist with vital health decisions. We encourage healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients in need. Applications are processed promptly, with grant availability dependent on funding.
