Located in Lamar, Colorado, HIV Support Services, part of the Colorado Health Network, is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals living with HIV. Our compassionate case managers are here to guide you through every step of your journey, helping you access vital programs tailored to your needs. We offer comprehensive services including case management, assistance with securing short- or long-term housing, access to nutritious foods, medical transportation, and emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills. Additionally, we provide budgeting support and naloxone to help manage health and wellness. Our services are free through the Ryan White Program, and we encourage anyone needing assistance to connect with us by providing proof of diagnosis, either in-person or via fax. Together, we aim to empower and uplift those affected by HIV in our community.
