Located in Lone Tree, CO, the Family Tree Homelessness Program is dedicated to providing essential housing navigation and comprehensive support services for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our mission is to foster safe, stable, and self-sufficient lives by offering a range of critical resources, including financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities, as well as home-based case management. We connect clients to community resources and provide hotline support for problem-solving and emergency needs. Our crisis assistance includes emergency food and hygiene products, while we also offer guidance in goal setting to empower clients in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency. Dedicated to promoting long-term stability, we assist with employment, educational pursuits, and provide access to severe weather shelters.
