HIV Support Services, part of the Colorado Health Network located in Longmont, CO, is dedicated to providing vital assistance to individuals living with HIV. Our compassionate case managers work closely with you, ensuring you have access to a range of supportive services tailored to your needs, including help with short and long-term housing, nutritious food access, medical transportation, emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills, budgeting support, naloxone distribution, and obtaining vital documents. We are committed to making these services accessible and free through the Ryan White Program. To begin the process, simply provide a case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted either in person or via fax. We are here to support you every step of the way during your journey to better health and stability.
