Everyday Eats, part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors aged 60 and older in Manitou Springs, CO, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to ensure that low-income older adults receive essential nutrition through our monthly food boxes, which include a variety of nutritious items such as protein, milk, juice, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, and cheese. Each box also comes with valuable nutrition education and recipes to promote healthy eating. We operate multiple distribution sites throughout the region, supported by our dedicated team and partner agencies, to guarantee that no senior faces hunger alone. For those who are homebound, we offer delivery within select counties, making our services accessible to those in need. To qualify, seniors must meet certain income guidelines.
