Located in Montrose, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering access to specially prepared pre-modified foods, thickeners, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
