Everyday Eats, part of the nationwide Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of low-income individuals aged 60 and older in Morrison, CO, and surrounding areas. We provide qualifying seniors with a monthly food box that includes essential non-perishable items, nutritious protein, milk, cereal, juice, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, along with valuable nutrition education and recipes. Our mission is to ensure that no older adult faces hunger, which we achieve through various distribution sites throughout the metro Denver area and partnerships with local agencies that aid in outreach and distribution. Our service extends throughout numerous counties including Denver, Arapahoe, and Jefferson, and we offer homebound delivery for seniors in select areas. To participate, individuals must be 60 years or older, reside in Colorado, and meet specified income guidelines.
