MOVE! Weight Management Program in New Castle, CO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs. We offer a comprehensive range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for ongoing challenges.
