Everyday Eats, part of the federally recognized Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), actively supports seniors aged 60 and above in Parker, CO, by providing essential food assistance to enhance their nutrition and overall well-being. Our program offers eligible low-income individuals a monthly food box filled with a variety of nutritious items, including protein, powdered milk, juice, cereals, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese. In addition, we provide valuable nutrition education and simple recipes to help seniors make the most of their food resources. With distribution sites throughout metro Denver and various partner agencies facilitating outreach and support, we ensure that no older adult in our community faces food insecurity. We serve numerous counties, including Denver, Arapahoe, and Jefferson, and offer homebound delivery services in select areas to reach those in need. To qualify, participants must meet specific income requirements based on household size. Everyday Eats is dedicated to making sure that every senior has access to the vital nourishment they require.
