Everyday Eats, part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors aged 60 and older in Silverthorne, CO, by providing essential food assistance. Our program offers eligible seniors a monthly food box filled with nutritious items such as non-perishable proteins, milk, juice, cereal, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, along with helpful nutrition education and recipes. We understand the importance of accessibility, so we partner with local agencies to ensure that every older adult can receive their food box, whether through various distribution sites or homebound delivery in select counties. Our mission is to prevent hunger among seniors in the counties we serve, including Summit, Jefferson, and Denver, making it easier for individuals to maintain a healthy diet. To qualify, seniors must meet certain income guidelines and reside in Colorado. We are here to support our community and ensure that no senior goes without food assistance.
