Everyday Eats, part of the federal Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income individuals aged 60 and over in Trinidad, CO. We provide eligible seniors with essential monthly food boxes filled with nutrient-rich staples, including protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, along with valuable nutrition education and recipes. Our outreach efforts ensure that no senior goes hungry by partnering with local agencies for distribution throughout various counties, including Denver, Arapahoe, Adams, and many more. We also offer homebound delivery for seniors in Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Denver counties. To qualify, participants must meet specific income guidelines and residency requirements.
