At the Youth Transitions Program in USAF Academy, CO, we are dedicated to empowering students as they prepare to graduate high school and embark on the next chapter of their lives. Our compassionate specialists conduct thorough assessments to identify each youth’s unique needs and guide them towards essential skills such as money management, budgeting, cooking, nutrition, and effective communication. By providing practical support and tailored resources, we ensure that every individual can transition confidently into adulthood. We welcome walk-ins during business hours, except Fridays, making it easy for youth to connect with us and take the first step in their journey.
