At Vindeket Market in Wellington, CO, we believe that access to nutritious food is a fundamental right. Partnering with local grocers, we rescue surplus food and offer it to our clients in a welcoming environment where they can pay what they can or volunteer for their groceries. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance that meets basic nutritional needs while fostering community involvement and support. We encourage visits by individuals or small groups to ensure a safe shopping experience, and pre-made boxes are always available upon request. Together, we are working towards reducing food waste and promoting food security in our community.
