Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and families in Westminster, Colorado. Using a 2Gen approach, PACK brings together children, youth, caregivers, and community agency representatives to collaboratively develop actionable plans that connect families to essential services and resources. Our mission is to empower families with the support they need to thrive, improving outcomes for those with children and youth aged birth to 21 years. Through comprehensive resource referrals and a commitment to multi-system collaboration, PACK aims to create a stronger, more connected community for all families in Adams County.
