HIV Support Services, based in Westminster, CO, is dedicated to providing vital assistance to individuals living with HIV. We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support each person on their journey, including personalized case management, help securing both short- and long-term housing, access to nutritious foods, medical transportation, and emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills. Our knowledgeable team is also available to assist with budgeting and provide Naloxone, as well as help with obtaining essential documents. To begin receiving support, individuals simply need to provide a case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted in person or via fax. Each service is offered at no cost through the Ryan White Program, reflecting our commitment to empowering those affected by HIV in our community.
