Located in Windsor, CO, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing critical financial assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers essential support, including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card to help ease the burden during treatment. We also facilitate psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling through phone consultations to empower women and their families. To apply for assistance, we encourage patients' healthcare providers to submit applications directly to OvarCare, which are processed promptly based on funding availability.
