Meals on Wheels, operated by the Community Renewal Team in Berlin, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors who are medically homebound across Middlesex, Tolland, and Hartford counties. Our mission is to provide nutritious home-delivered meals tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring they receive the sustenance and care they deserve. Along with meal delivery, we offer volunteer check-ins and accommodate special dietary requirements. While we suggest a donation of $3.00 per meal to help sustain our services, we never turn anyone away due to financial constraints. We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals and town social service agencies, and once a need is confirmed through an interview or home visit, we are committed to starting meal deliveries within two days. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.
