MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bethel, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to proactively address obesity by annually screening Veterans who receive care at VA facilities and connecting them with tailored weight management resources. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional help after engaging with our program. We’re committed to meeting the unique preferences and needs of our Veterans, ensuring that everyone finds the support they require to achieve better health.
