Based in Bloomfield, CT, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial support and compassionate resources. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden during a challenging time. We understand the importance of emotional well-being, which is why we also provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions by licensed genetic counselors, all accessible via phone. We invite healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process these requests in order of receipt, subject to funding availability.
