At Senior Meals on Wheels, we are dedicated to providing nutritionally-balanced meals to seniors aged 60 and older in Bridgeport, CT. Our program ensures that each client receives a weekly delivery of five chilled meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet one-third of the Recommended Daily Intake for seniors.
