The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Clinton, CT, is dedicated to easing the burden on individuals battling Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial support for their travel needs. Each patient is eligible for up to $800 in travel assistance annually, which can be used towards airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and medical co-pays for accessing specialized care or obtaining second opinions from PNH experts.
