OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Coventry, CT, who are bravely battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by these resilient individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Through our program, we offer a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, a $100 grocery card, as well as access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling via phone from licensed genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are handled promptly and grant availability is dependent on current funding.
