Located in Danielson, CT, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to empower these courageous individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients. Beneficiaries receive a $200 financial grant, plus a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help cover day-to-day needs. We also offer access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions, conducted by licensed professionals via phone. We encourage healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly as funding permits. Our goal is to ensure that no woman fights this battle alone, and we are here to provide the necessary support every step of the way.
