The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Danielson, CT, is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden associated with traveling to see specialized care by providing up to $800 annually per patient for travel expenses. This assistance can be used for various costs, including airfare or train tickets, bus fare, car expenses like gas or parking, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits and tests not covered by insurance. We understand the importance of accessing specialized care, which is why our program allows grantees to travel with a companion to ensure they have the support they need.
