MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Danielson, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity annually, providing personalized referrals to various treatment options that cater to individual needs. MOVE! offers an array of support, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans who wish to take charge of their journey independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance after trying our initial programs.
