The program incorporates consistent daily routines with established wake-up times, bedtimes, chores, and mealtimes to foster responsibility and stability during the healing process. Treatment at the center is robust and multifaceted, featuring cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), nutrition education, positive coping strategies, relapse prevention, and essential life skills.
