Located in Madison, CT, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer. We understand the challenges these incredible individuals face, and our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with $100 gas and grocery cards, to help alleviate some of the burdens during treatment. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers, as well as genetic counseling performed by licensed genetic counselors, all accessible via phone. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed promptly, and grant availability is dependent on current funding. At OvarCare, we stand by these resilient women every step of the way.
